a perfect, gentle stay
helpful staff personal touch
I found the front desk staff helpful and attentive. Simon were very good. the handwritten note from the cleaning team, maykol and team, was a lovely touch. I really appreciated such personal touches. i felt very welcomed there.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work well. even with the fan at the highest speed and the temperature set low, it didn't make much difference. it was a bit stuffy in the room.

Really good Service and Comfortable Room
warm greeting spacious room modern room ideal location
Simon at reception greeted me warmly. He created a cute tone. My room was spacious it was also modern. I really liked the ideal location which gave me access to major sights.
The breakfast buffet could use slightly more variety for longer stays. I noticed this fact after a few days. I hope this is fixed soon. Otherwise- I loved my stay.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.
The staff informed me breakfast was available until 11 am, but the next morning, the staff told me that breakfast was finished at 10:30 am. I explained what I was told at check-in, but the staff acted rude. It ruined the experience..

The hotel location is fairly central. The staff was pleasant and helpful . My room was super clean and cozy. I enjoyed the Irish breakfast, it had a good variety.
Parking was difficult. I found no hand towels in the room upon arrival. The bathroom door had a large glass panel. This provides little privacy. The coffee maker only worked once during the entire stay, this was inconvenient.

a mostly positive experience
comfortable bed prime location ineffective air conditioning unlabeled toiletries
the room was spacious, and the bed offered a comfortable rest. the location worked well for accessing different parts of the city. i liked the king room, it was nice.
i found the air conditioning to be not effective enough, it struggled to maintain a cool temperature. some of the toiletries were not labeled, it was difficult to distinguish between them.
